This electric decanter uses 90% pure oxygen to speed up the process, opening up wines more fully to the flavor and aroma intended by the winemaker. Highly concentrated oxygen flows up into the carafe's tube then reverses direction, flowing back down into every particle of wine, not just the surface, for a smoother, rounder mouthfeel.
